SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Cut-Off Times

(i) Standard Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before our shipping cutoff time of 5 p.m. ET will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after Friday’s cutoff time will be sent on Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

(ii) Express & Priority Shipping

Orders received before our 2 p.m. delivery deadline, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after the deadline on Friday will all be sent on Monday. Orders placed on holidays or the weekends will be fulfilled on the next working day. Orders are contingent to financing clearance and availability. Giving processing extra time during sales and holidays could be necessary.

2. Shipping Method 

T-stic ships most of its merchandise in bulk, or “LTL,” to distribution sites rather than by truckload. Large products in this market are often shipped via LTL freight, which is also the most affordable way to ship inside the continental United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays), however delivery windows cannot be guaranteed. T-stic now offers curbside delivery for LTL freight shipments at the lowest feasible cost to clients.

3. Transportation Costs

Every order has a fixed shipping cost that varies according to the delivery zone, weight, and size of the item. You will see specific shipping costs on your invoice and during the checkout process.

  • More specifically for shipping cost for all existing orders: $6.99.
  • We process orders within 2 – 3 working days.
  • Shipping time is 15 – 20 working days.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We work very hard to ensure that your things arrive in perfect condition. In the improbable event that a package is misplaced or harmed in route, kindly get in touch with our customer support representatives right once. We will troubleshoot and make the appropriate arrangements with the delivery company if a replacement or refund is needed.
  • Kindly note that T-stic retains the authority to modify our shipping guidelines at any time and without prior notice. It is advised that you return to this page from time to time to see if anything has changed.
  • Please take photos and send an email to [email protected] along with all supporting documentation if anything goes missing or gets damaged during shipment. T-stic needs these pictures and the accompanying paperwork in order to replace any lost or damaged items.
  • If an entire shipment is destroyed, completely missing, and unreliable; or if a significant product component—one that is difficult to move or replace—has been sufficiently damaged to become dangerous or defective (as opposed to merely cosmetic or fixed with touch-up paint, for example).

In the unlikely event that a shipment becomes lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service agents as soon as possible. If a replacement or refund is required, we will work with the delivery company to troubleshoot and make the necessary arrangements.
  • Please be aware that T-stic has the right to change our shipping policy at any moment and without previous warning. It is recommended that you periodically check this page for any updated information.

5. Exceptions & Modifications

  • T-stic may, at its sole discretion, permit individual exceptions to certain sections of the Shipping Policy for the exclusive advantage of the customer, without modifying or changing any other part of the Shipping Policy.
  • The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to update the Shipping Policy to reflect changes in its offers and to further clarify its current rules. The date of the most recent modification should be the first entry in the Shipping Policy.

6. Refused Shipments

  • We make every effort to guarantee that your items arrive in flawless condition. Should your cargo arrive damaged—which is extremely unlikely—please accept delivery and get in touch with T-stic  so we can help.
  • If you return an item, in whole or in part, without our consent, you will be responsible for the whole cost of delivery.
